Consumer Products

You have a product people want. We build the app, platform and integrations that keep them buying it.

Consumer app development for brands whose customers buy once and never open the app again.

You sell a good product. What lets you down is everything after checkout, an app nobody returns to and a back office held together by hand. We build the app and platform around your product so customers keep using it, and the systems behind it so your team stops retyping orders.

What the gaps cost you each month

Orders sit in Shopify, payments in Stripe, stock in a spreadsheet and customer email in Klaviyo. Someone on your team spends days each month copying between them and fixing what does not match in Xero.

Meanwhile the customer app gets downloaded at setup and deleted a week later. Every one of those customers is a repeat sale you paid to acquire and then lost.

What we build for consumer brands

Most brands need two or three of these, not all six. The workshop tells you which ones pay back first.

A companion app people keep

Setup in minutes, then a reason to come back each week. Repeat use is what turns one sale into a customer.

Customer accounts

Orders, warranties, subscriptions and support in one login, so customers serve themselves instead of emailing you.

Subscriptions that run themselves

Pauses, skips, swaps and failed payments handled automatically, so churn is a choice and not a billing error.

Your tools, connected

Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, Klaviyo, Cin7 and Xero passing data to each other, so an order is entered once.

One admin view

Customers, orders and stock on one screen your team works from, instead of five open tabs.

Numbers you can act on

Which products sell, which customers return and what each one is worth, from data you already collect.

Your product earns the first sale. The software around it decides whether there is a second.

How we would start with your brand

We begin with a Rapid Insight Workshop: two sessions with your team to map where orders, customers and money move by hand, and what each gap costs you. About three weeks later you get a roadmap that ranks the fixes by return.

If Shopify and a couple of apps already cover you, we will say so and you keep your money. When custom does pay, we build in short sprints with your team and test with real customers before launch.

How consumer brands work with us

Each starts with a $9,000 + GST Rapid Insight Workshop. What you do next depends on what it finds.

Ignite

Test an app or feature with real customers before you spend more. Fixed price, $25K to $50K, working software in four to eight weeks.

Amplify

One build, scoped in writing and quoted at a fixed price. A one-year warranty, and the code and IP are yours. Typically $100K and up.

Apex

We stay on and work through the roadmap with you month after month, measured against results we agree at the start. From $15K a month, six-month minimum.

Questions consumer product brands ask us

With a paid two-session workshop. It maps where orders, customer data and money move by hand today, what that costs you each month, and which fix returns the most. You get a ranked roadmap about three weeks later, before you commit to any build.

No. We build software: apps, platforms, integrations and the data behind them. We do not design, tool or manufacture the product or its electronics, but we work alongside whoever does and own everything from the software side up.

Yes, and it is usually most of the value. Each is good at its own job and none of them knows about the others. We connect them so an order, a subscription change or a refund flows through once instead of being re-entered, and your month-end stops being an assembly job.

When an off-the-shelf stack genuinely covers it. If Shopify plus a couple of apps runs your business and the gaps are annoyances rather than costs, keep your money. Custom earns its place when manual workarounds have a real monthly cost, or your product needs an experience no template gives you.

Yes, from early validation up to established brands. If you are still proving demand, an Ignite build gets working software in front of real customers in four to eight weeks for a fixed price.

Real customers show you what discovery could not. We offer support plans, or keep working through the roadmap with you under Apex, so the app improves on what people actually do with it.

Most builds start around $100,000 as a fixed-price Amplify project, with a 12-month warranty and the code yours to keep. A smaller test of one idea runs $25,000 to $50,000 under Ignite. Your figure is set in the workshop before you commit.
